Founder
I am a UK HCPC-registered Health Psychologist working across healthcare, social care, and complex organisational systems.
My work focuses on how people think, decide, cope, and behave when the stakes are high, in environments shaped by illness, risk, responsibility, and sustained pressure.
I deliver regulated psychological interventions grounded in health psychology, behaviour change science, and applied systems thinking.
This work supports individuals, teams, and organisations to function more safely, consistently, and effectively under real-world clinical and operational demands.
My practice is built around formulation-led intervention, multidisciplinary collaboration, and psychological governance within high-risk services.
